Neck bands, also called platysmal bands, are caused by the tightening and separation of the platysma muscle with age. Botox injected along the bands relaxes the muscle and smooths their appearance without surgery.

A combination approach tends to work best. Scarlet SRF or TempSure Envi RF addresses skin laxity by stimulating collagen, while NouvaDerm or Microneedling can improve the actual texture and quality of crepey skin. Your provider will recommend the right combination for your skin.

Yes, and this is often recommended. Treating only the face while leaving the neck untreated can create an imbalance in results. Many patients extend their facial treatment plan to include the neck and décolletage.

It depends on the treatment. Botox and TempSure Envi RF have no downtime. Scarlet SRF and Microneedling may cause mild redness for a day or two. NouvaDerm resurfacing may involve a few days of light peeling.
