Cancellation Policy

At Luminate Clinic, our providers dedicate their full attention and time to every patient. When an appointment is cancelled without adequate notice or missed entirely, that time cannot be offered to another patient. Our cancellation policy exists to protect the availability of our schedule for all patients and to ensure that our team is fairly compensated for their time.

Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all appointments. This card will be used to process any applicable fees in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations and reschedulements.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Failure to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice will be considered a Late Cancellation or No-Show.

The following fee will be charged to the credit card on file:

$50 per each half-hour booked

For example, a 60-minute appointment that is cancelled late or missed will result in a $100 fee charged to the card on file.

Late Cancellation and No-Show fees will not be applied on top of any existing non-refundable deposits already collected.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to either reschedule your appointment or shorten the duration of your service. This may result in a modified service charge or a Late Cancellation/No-Show fee at our discretion.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and ensure your full appointment time is available to you.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required for all procedures over $499. Deposits may also be required for certain services or promotional pricing during high-demand periods such as holidays and weekends.

Deposits are credited toward the cost of your service and are forfeited in the event of a Late Cancellation or No-Show.

Gift Cards

If an appointment is made to redeem a gift card and that appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed entirely, the gift card will be forfeited.
