Originally from Edmond, Oklahoma, Liv’s career in aesthetics wasn’t one she originally planned—but it quickly became one she loves. After studying Apparel & Textile Marketing at Kansas State University, with an emphasis in Hospitality Management and Leadership Studies, she began working at a highly respected dermatology practice under a Mohs surgeon. It was there that she discovered a passion for skin health, aesthetics, and creating exceptional patient experiences.

As Clinic Director of Luminate, Liv plays an integral role in both the patient experience and the day-to-day operations of the clinic. She oversees team development, internal systems, marketing initiatives, event planning, and clinic growth, always with a focus on creating an environment where both the Luminate team and its guests feel supported and valued.

Her background in hospitality, leadership, and patient care continues to shape the way she approaches her role. Liv believes the smallest details can make the biggest difference and is always looking for ways to elevate the Luminate experience—whether that means improving a process behind the scenes, helping bring a new idea to life, or simply taking the time to connect with a patient.

She is committed to continued learning and enjoys staying immersed in the ever-evolving aesthetics industry through ongoing education, conferences, and relationship building.

Liv believes that an exceptional clinic experience is created through the details—both the ones patients see and the ones happening behind the scenes.

Her background in hospitality and leadership has taught her the importance of making people feel welcomed, supported, and valued. At Luminate, she brings that same philosophy to every aspect of the patient experience, from the first interaction with the clinic to the moments patients spend with their providers and team.

As Clinic Director, Liv works to ensure that Luminate continues to grow while maintaining the personal, thoughtful experience that makes the clinic unique. She collaborates closely with the team to strengthen internal systems, support professional development, plan events, develop marketing initiatives, and continually find new ways to improve the patient journey.

Outside the clinic, Liv enjoys reading a good book, traveling, attending concerts, discovering new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends. A Kansas City Chiefs fan through and through, you can almost always find her cheering them on during football season. She is also an avid animal lover and fashion enthusiast.
